Ariane Kemper
Chief Operating Officer
Ariane’s career began in New York City, working in advertising and later in marketing at Pfizer. In 2003, she founded Artiko, a frozen food company that became an early pioneer in online frozen fulfillment. As the business grew, its logistics operations were spun off in 2007 to become eGourmet Solutions.
As COO, Ariane partners closely with every department — client services, warehouse operations, finance, and HR — to keep the company running smoothly and growing thoughtfully.
Born in Brazil to French parents and raised in the United States from age 10, Ariane brings a global, cross-cultural perspective to how she leads and solves problems. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading and exercise.
Germain Montagner
Chief Executive Officer
Germain Montagner is the co-founder of eGourmet Solutions and serves as its CEO. His career began in Paris then New York City in investment banking. In 2004 he left finance to start eGourmet with Ariane Kemper. With his extensive experience and education in business and financial operations, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s continued growth in cold chain storage and fulfillment services.
In his free time Germain enjoys making memories with his friends, family, and staying active.
Emily Ceruzzi
Vice President of Client Success
Before stepping into this role, Emily built her experience across client relations, new sales, and operational overlap over the past five years with the company.
Today, she leads the Client Success team with a simple philosophy: “We are here to help our clients succeed, and that comes from listening and understanding their overall goals and needs.”
Originally from Sparta, Tennessee, and primarily raised in DeLand, Florida, Emily enjoys being near the water, going on long drives, and spending time with her family.
Margaret Richard
Director of Strategic Solutions
Before taking on this role, Maggie built a diverse background in technology and education, which she now brings to improving operations across the company.
She has spent the past seven years with eGourmet, working across departments to solve technology challenges, create innovative solutions, and improve processes — all while ensuring operations are handled with integrity and a commitment to customers.
In her free time, Margaret enjoys gardening and reading.
Chanelle VanWestering
Human Resources Manager
Before joining eGourmet, Chanelle spent over sixteen years at Walmart, gaining experience in frozen foods, fulfillment, and leadership.
She has served in her current role for the past four years, where she oversees employee engagement, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations.
In her free time, Chanelle enjoys water activities and volunteering with and caring for stray dogs.
Ellie Nguyen
Controller
Ellie has been with the eGourmet since May 2020, drawn to the fast-paced environment of the cold storage and fulfillment industry, where finance, operations, and technology come together to solve challenges and support client growth.
Today, Ellie works closely with leadership and operations to ensure financial processes support efficient fulfillment, informed decision-making, and continued growth — all while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
Ellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Israel Gonzaga
National Warehouse Manager
Prior to joining eGourmet, Israel spent seven years at Sysco Food Service, gaining experience in fulfillment, operations, and leadership. He has now spent seven years with eGourmet, progressing into his current role.
Today, Israel oversees outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently while supporting warehouse teams across the country.
Born in Mexico City, he spends his free time making meaningful memories with his family.
Jami Rann
National Inbound Manager
Previous to eGourmet, Jami worked in fulfillment and warehouse operations where he gained invaluable experience.
Based in eGourmet’s headquarters in Kansas City for the last 7.5 years, Jami supports inventory management and inbound operations while helping facilities around the country with day-to-day operations.
